Join staff at Carter Historic Farm in preparing for Heritage Farm Fest! A staple of our farm to table meal is our pickled beets. Come help clean, chop, and pickle the beets. In the process, you will be learning more about water bath canning and pickling vegetables. It is suggested you wear dark or old clothing since beets do stain.
